Workshop: Helping clients with Osteoporosis

Join Monica, TMH co-founder and pilates instructor in this workshop. This workshop will give you insight in how to work with clients with osteoporosis and osteopenia. We will look into the latest research and the essential do's and dont's and how to program or modify exercises for clients with osteoporosis and osteopenia.
